Eka Permana has garnered extensive experience in the culinary field, starting as an Assistant Head Baker at Paris Sucre from 2015 to 2016. They then advanced to a Junior Sous Chef position at Estrella Hotel and Conference Center from 2017 to 2018, followed by roles as Sous Chef Pastry at The Union Group from 2018 to 2020 and Bread Food Manager at Kopi Kenangan until 2024.
