Alexa Detzi currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Thanx since May 2024. Prior to this role, Alexa held various positions at SEVENROOMS from May 2016 to May 2024, including Senior Director, Enterprise Success and Director, Enterprise Success, contributing to the enhancement of hospitality operations and guest engagement. Additional experience includes roles at NeueHouse as Senior Manager, Customer Success, and Account Manager, as well as positions at Denihan Hospitality Group, NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, and Philadelphia Eagles LLC. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2010.
