Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen is the President and Co-Founder of Sweetfin, a health-focused poke restaurant established in March 2015, dedicated to using local produce and sustainable fish to create nutritious and flavorful bowls. In addition to their role at Sweetfin, Cohen serves on the Customer Advisory Board for Thanx since May 2023 and as a member of the Board of Directors for FEAST since December 2017, an organization aimed at supporting underprivileged families. Previously, Cohen was a partner at Cohen Financial Group from July 2010 to December 2016, where responsibilities included evaluating credit profiles for loans, and served as a Marketing Coordinator at Live Nation in 2009-2010, managing national marketing initiatives. Cohen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from USC Marshall School of Business and attended Copenhagen Business School in 2009.
