Tiffany Jackson

Tiffany Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles and industries. Tiffany currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Thanx since August 2022. Prior to that, in 2021, Tiffany founded Italian Soul LLC, where they blended their passion for Italian food with their soul food roots to create a unique food experience. Tiffany also worked as a Startup Consultant at Spark Advisors from October 2020 to April 2022. Before that, Tiffany served as the Director of User Success at Cedar Inc. from January 2017 to July 2020. Tiffany then worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Deloitte from March 2014 to December 2016 and August 2016, respectively. Earlier in their career, Tiffany was an Administrative Fellow at Northwell Health from October 2012 to March 2014 and a Patient Financial Counselor at Accretive Health from March 2009 to September 2012. Tiffany started their professional journey as an IHS-Intern at Western Michigan University from January 2006 to April 2007.

Tiffany Jackson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Interdisciplinary Health Services at Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
