Hi, I'm Vijay. For the last three years, I've had one mission: help developers and companies actually use Microsoft's ecosystem to ship real solutions — not just understand the slides.

I started training because I was tired of seeing developers waste months on outdated tutorials, generic certifications, and theoretical content that doesn't apply to real projects. So I decided to teach the way I wished someone had taught me — with real code, real bugs, and real shipping deadlines.

Today, I've trained 500+ developers who now work at Microsoft, PwC, KPMG, EY, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, American Express, PayPal, and LTIMindtree. I've delivered 30+ corporate workshops for global teams at TCS, Fujitsu, Coforge, Tata Steel, Daimler Truck (Germany), The Wonderful Company (USA), and Cortelligent (UAE).

My approach is simple: no theory dumps, no cookie-cutter content. Every cohort is built around real enterprise scenarios — the kind of problems you'll face on Monday morning. Live debugging, actual code, real shipping. If something works in production, that's what I teach.

Right now I'm deep into building production-ready Copilot Studio agents and exploring how Azure OpenAI is reshaping enterprise workflows. If you're a developer trying to break into Microsoft 365, or a company looking to upskill your team — let's talk.
