Andrew Long

Andrew Long has extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Tharisa since June 2012, Andrew has also held roles including Acting Supply Chain Analyst, Quality Assurance Officer, and Mechanical Fitter. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Fitter at Minopex from June 2008 to May 2012, contributing to projects at Eland plats and Marikana platinum. Andrew's educational background includes an N3 in Mechanical Engineering from Ntek and further qualifications from various institutions, along with a trade test certificate in fitting including machining obtained between 2009 and 2011. Andrew completed matriculation at Carleton Jones High School in 2006.
