Caroline Raphoto

Caroline Raphoto is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Group Senior Manager: Learning & Development at Tharisa since July 2025, where leadership focuses on a high-performance, continuous learning culture across various sectors. Previously, Caroline worked as an Independent Consultant for Elev8Vision Consulting, delivering customized L&D strategies, and held key roles at Anglo American, including Acting Head of Human Resources Development & Transformation and Senior Manager of HRD - Talent and People Development, where strategic alignment with corporate objectives was paramount. Prior experience at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd included directing organization-wide skills development initiatives and leading the School of HR and School of Customer Services. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Mathematics from North-West University.
