#Detroit-based #woman-owned #antiracist #consultancy

Services include:
● Supporting strategy development for nonprofits and foundations, helping organizations to consider: the experience and opinions of those most directly impacted, the landscape (both as it currently stands and how it may shift in the future), potential levers for quick wins and sustained change, where power is held and opportunities to mobilize and influence that power.
● Implementing high-quality facilitation to collaborative efforts during launch or key pivot points to help crystallize these coalitions' purpose, clarify their network principles, establish norms and the group decision-making process, and set the stage for work plan development.
● Providing executive counsel and coaching to help leaders re-frame their situation, parsing through situations to get to the root issues at hand, shifting sticky challenges into exciting opportunities, brainstorming creative ways with which to get unstuck, and clarifying the course of action required.
