Dean Lander

Dean Lander has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Dean started their career in 1989 at Schefenacker Vision Systems, where they served as a Senior Customer Focused Quality Engineer. Dean was responsible for establishing quality principles and monitoring product quality for various major vehicle manufacturers. In 2002, Dean joined TWR Group as a Principle Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, leading the SQA team and ensuring quality and cost milestones were met. Dean then worked at Thermopol Ltd as a Senior Quality Engineer, specializing in processing thermally stable reinforced silicon rubber hoses for the automotive industry. In 2003, Dean joined Thatcham Research as an Accreditation Manager, responsible for delivering certification services and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Dean later became the Head of Operations, providing strategic direction in collision repair research and training. Currently, Dean serves as a Board Trustee at AutoRaise, a position they have held since 2020.
