Max Norstrom

Max Norstrom is a PR & Public Affairs Executive at Thatcham Research since June 2023, responsible for managing the press office and developing public affairs services to enhance the visibility of automotive risk intelligence in parliamentary discussions and media. Previously, Max served as an Internal Communications Officer at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead from July 2020 to June 2023, coordinating communications for council officers and producing a weekly newsletter for over 21,000 residents, while also participating in high-profile media advisory cells during significant royal funerals. Earlier experience includes a role as Internal Communications Executive and Intranet Coordinator at Everyday Loans from June 2018 to June 2020. Max holds a Diploma in Public Affairs Management from the Public Relations and Communications Association, expected completion in April 2025, along with diplomas in Journalism from both the National Council for the Training of Journalists and the University of Lincoln.
