Herman Feil

Herman Feil has a strong background in finance and leadership. Herman founded Soilwise in 2002 and served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until the present. Prior to that, they were the Co-Owner and CEO of Tournois Dynamic Innovations BV starting in 2001. In 2013, Feil became the CFO of both Alloksys Life Sciences BV and AMRIF BV. Earlier in their career, they held a leadership role as the Head of Department for Polymers, Carbohydrates, and Fatty Acids at ATO-DLO from 1996 to 2000.

Herman Feil pursued their education with dedication, starting from 1983 to 1989 at the University of Twente. Here, they completed their Master of Science degree in Biomedical Materials. Building on this foundation, they furthered their academic journey from 1989 to 1993 at the University of Utah, where they obtained their Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Materials - Pharmacy. Herman Feil demonstrated a passion for enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field of Biomedical Materials through their educational accomplishments.
