Matthew Cullum

Matthew Cullum has an extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director Of Engineering for thatDot. In 2021, they became the Vice President for Greenway West Homeowners Association. From 2005 to 2021, they worked for Repete Corporation in various roles. Their roles included Director of Software Engineering/CTO, Chief Software Architect, Software Engineering Manager, Software Architect/Senior Engineer, Software Development Team Lead/Product Manager, and Project Engineer. During their tenure at Repete Corporation, they trained and supported a replacement as Engineering Manager, developed key performance indicators (KPIs) and processes to increase efficiency, and created testing and deployment procedures to reduce risk and time. Matthew also proposed and started a software development team and was responsible for new feature development, redesigning of the system architecture, tools development, bug fixes, as well as architecture design and development of new applications.

Matthew Cullum obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin between 2003 and 2004. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley between 2000 and 2002.
