From Startup to Standout.

We help veterinary service companies and innovation-driven brands lead with clarity, credibility, and confidence, through strategy-first marketing leadership.

If you’re building something exceptional for the veterinary or biotechnology space but struggling to get it noticed, you’re not alone.

At Thavma Consulting, we work with founders and in-house marketing teams to solve a critical challenge:
How do you make your value clear and your brand trusted, without wasting time or budget on tactics that don’t move the needle?

Our approach is different.

We don’t just offer tactics. We deliver embedded marketing leadership designed to align your brand, empower your team, and drive smart, strategic growth.

Led by a Fractional CMO with 18+ years of experience in strategy, product marketing, and customer experience, Thavma brings a proven framework that turns complexity into clarity.

We help you:
	•	Define what sets you apart and say it in a way that resonates with customers
	•	Build trust at every stage of the customer journey using tools like the Marketing Hourglass™
	•	Create aligned, actionable plans that connect marketing strategy to real business growth

Whether you’re launching, repositioning, or scaling, we’ll help you lead with purpose and connect with the people who matter most.

Because in this market, it’s not enough to be innovative.

You have to be understood.

Let’s build the foundation for lasting growth
