Tim Hawkes

Tim Hawkes is the CEO of ICVM Hawk, a company founded in 2018 to enhance digital advertising and marketing for mid-size businesses. With extensive experience in high-level strategy and tactical execution across renowned brands, Tim previously served as VP and Head of Integrated Production at Zubi Advertising Services, where digital capabilities were significantly expanded. Earlier roles include Executive Interactive Producer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Executive Digital Producer at JWT, Engagement Director at HUGE, Director of Digital Production at Walker Digital, Executive Producer at Ryan Partnership, and Digital Producer at R/GA. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing from Zicklin School of Business and a BA in History from Hamilton College.
