Kyle Behbehani

Kyle Behbehani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Kyle started their career in 2011 with the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Division/Watch Officer, where they managed ship's operations during at-sea missions and in-port maintenance periods. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Submarine Command Course Coordinator | International Military Studies, where they strategically planned, coordinated, and oversaw Atlantic Submarine Command Course operations. Kyle was also responsible for international military training at Naval Submarine School, including the International Diesel Submarine Training Program. As a Junior Officer Course Instructor, they instructed over 100 Junior Officers annually in fundamental submarine skills.

In 2016, Behbehani joined Electric Boat as the VIRGINIA Tactical Systems Engineer, where they worked until 2018. Kyle was then promoted to the role of Payload Systems Software Engineer until 2019.

Most recently, in 2019, Behbehani joined ThayerMahan Inc. as a Software Engineer.

Kyle Behbehani has a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
