Sarah Black

Sarah Black has a strong background in compliance and legal support roles, including experience in real estate, finance, and law. Currently, a Multifamily Programs Development Coordinator at Tennessee Housing Development Agency, Sarah has previously worked at BBVA in the USA, Carr Allison, and Sirote & Permutt, among others. Sarah is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy Analysis from Tennessee State University, with previous degrees in MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Political Science/English from Grinnell College.
