William Lord

William Lord is the Director in the Community Housing Division at the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, leading a team to ensure access to affordable housing for Tennesseans. They previously held leadership roles, including Director and Housing Programs Manager at the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, and have extensive experience in housing management from positions at the Chattanooga Housing Authority and Murfreesboro Housing Authority. William served as Vice President of Operations at Stone Collins Communications and was a partner at Stoney Lonesome Music LLC. They are currently the President of the Tennessee Government Executive Institute and serve on the Advisory Board for the Digital Marketing Program at the University of Tennessee. William is pursuing a degree in Public Administration at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
