The 1888 Co. has been in the strata management section since 1994 and has a long history and association with the strata sector.

Our clients extend as far north as Terrigal, west to Penrith, East to Bond, South East to Cronulla, South West to Campbelltown and as far south as Bermagui and everything in between.

As aim is to provide a close and personal service and to aim to ensure our clients can enjoy their day to day activities without having to worry about the management of their community; hence, we see ourselves as a Lifestyle Company.
