Libby Bain

Libby Bain is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in recruitment and teacher development. They served as the Managing Director of the Institute Program at Teach For America from 2007 to 2010, overseeing staff recruitment and training. Libby later joined KIPP New Orleans as the Director of Talent from 2010 to 2018, where they focused on hiring and supporting educational staff. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Teacher Pipelines at New Schools for New Orleans and also contribute as a board member and founding coach for The 18th Ward. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
