Jon M.

Jon M. is an IT Support Desk Technician at The 20 MSP. Jon has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including 10 years as Vice President of Technology at Denitech Corporation. At Denitech, Jon was responsible for liaising between the marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure that customer solutions were created effectively. Jon was also the Subject Matter Expert for all Managed Service Solutions and evaluated and maintained relationships with key technology vendors. In addition, Jon managed the internal IT infrastructure of Denitech and was highly regarded by their peers, being invited as a guest speaker to numerous industry events. Jon also served as a consultant to several sister companies nationwide and mentored several employees into management positions.

Jon M. studied at Texas State University and has a certification from CompTIA in CDIA+.
