Wayne Cleaver

Wayne Cleaver is a Barrister At Law currently practicing at 187 Chambers (QEB) since December 2023. With a strong educational background, Wayne Cleaver earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, from 1982 to 1985, and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) and Master of Arts (MA) in Law from King's College, Cambridge, from 1986 to 1988.
