Jon Plotner

Jon Plotner serves as the Director of Customer Success Management and the Director of Implementation at Pushpay, having joined the company in February 2019. Jon's leadership spans multiple teams focused on implementation and professional services, driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. In addition to their role at Pushpay, Jon is an Executive Leadership Coach with the 4Sight Group, leveraging over 25 years of experience in ministry and the marketplace to support leaders in organizational success. Jon's extensive background includes positions as Executive Pastor at New Life Church, Implementation Manager at Church Community Builder, and Worship Arts Pastor at Living Stones Church. Jon holds a Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Teacher Education from Ball State University.
