Welcome to The 51% Club. 🩷

We champion female-powered enterprise, from pre-revenue through to policy change.

Join us as we build a new ecosystem for women in business, providing female-founded and female-powered brands with community, education, opportunities and influence they need to support real, sustainable growth.

Our work centres around connecting female founders and leaders across the UK through local hubs, events and initiatives designed to support every stage of business. Through our programmes, partnerships, events and workshops, we tackle the key barriers to growth, from access to capital and scaling support to driving change at policy level.

Created as a free-to-join community, we offer two accessible membership options for female founders, designed to meet them exactly where they’re at.

Our community membership includes access to pay-as-you-go events and workshops, monthly newsletters, free-to-join webinars, and an invitation to join our WhatsApp community, connecting you with founders across our UK hubs.

For those looking to unlock more, our paid membership provides a more curated experience, including unlimited events and workshops, invite-only founder dinners, deeper member connections, priority access to opportunities, a voice in shaping policy, monthly webinars, digital resources, and access to the membership platform, for just £51 per year.

We’d love for you to join us.
