Andy Burns

Andy Burns is currently a Regional Investigations Producer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since 2019. Previously, they held multiple roles within the media industry, including Producer for ABC 730 and Radio and Social Media Content Producer for 774 Melbourne. With experience as a Junior Reporter, Columnist, and Editorial Assistant at Sunday Herald Sun, they also worked as a General Assignment Reporter and Media Relations Executive for various outlets. Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English and Cultural Studies from Melbourne University, completed in 2005. Additionally, they are a devoted mother of two.
