Emily Bryan

Emily Bryan is an experienced journalist and editor currently serving as the Tasmania News Editor at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since November 2017, with previous roles including Deputy News Editor and Journalist/Producer. Prior to this, Emily held the position of Coordinating Producer at the ABC's London Bureau from February 2016 to August 2017 and worked as a Copy Writer in International Marketing and Communications for Standard Bank Group. Earlier career experience includes serving as Journalist in Charge for Northern Tasmania, Health Reporter at The Examiner Newspaper, and various roles at Southern Cross Austereo and Fairfax Media. Emily holds a Graduate Certificate in Communication, Journalism from Charles Sturt University, completed in 2015.
