Laura Stone

Laura Stone is an accomplished Early Childhood Producer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since May 2019, contributing an educational perspective to preschool production and collaborating with various teams within ABC Children’s. Prior experience includes serving as an Early Education/Training Consultant at Access Macquarie Ltd from March 2009 to April 2019, where Laura delivered professional development workshops and created program materials aligned with early childhood curriculum standards. Additionally, Laura worked as a Teacher at TAFE NSW from January 2010 to December 2013, instructing child studies students, and as a Teacher/Team Leader at Boundary Lane Children’s Centre from January 2004 to February 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Education (Early Childhood) from Macquarie University and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment obtained in 2012.
