Lucy Cummins

Lucy Cummins is a Senior Service Designer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in design and user experience. Previously, Lucy held the positions of Senior Product Designer and Digital Designer at Future Friendly from April 2018 to June 2021, and served as a Lecturer of Interactive Design at JMC Academy in early 2021. Prior to that, Lucy was the Design Team Lead at MindArc Digital Agency Sydney, where responsibilities included enhancing team culture and workflows, leading client workshops, and coordinating design strategies. Earlier career highlights include a Graphic Designer role at The Hunger Project Australia, contributing to impactful campaigns and publications. Lucy's academic credentials include a User Experience Design course from General Assembly and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Western Sydney University, complemented by a semester abroad at the University of Central Lancashire in Graphic Design.
