Founder & Chair ABC Pride (voluntary Position)

Manda Hatter is a seasoned television industry professional with over 40 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of Operations at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since January 2017. Manda has held various production and operational roles throughout her career, including significant leadership positions over the past 23 years. As the founder and former chair of ABC Pride, Manda spearheaded initiatives that earned recognition for the organization, including gold employer status and the rights to broadcast Mardi Gras events. Manda is also an advisory board member at Rise, dedicated to fostering gender diversity in media, and has participated as a speaker at numerous leadership and LGBTQIA+ events. Previous roles include project management at Network Ten and volunteer leadership positions within the LGBTQIA+ community, notably as the president of Dykes on Bikes Sydney, where Manda's efforts were acknowledged with accolades for community engagement.
