Michael Mason

Michael Mason has extensive experience in radio programming and talent consulting, currently serving in this role at Travelling Radio World since December 2018. Mason's career with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) spans from 1994 to the present, during which several leadership positions were held, including Director of Regional and Local and Group Program Director of ABC Radio. Additional roles at ABC included State Director for South Australia and Manager of ABC Local Radio Canberra. Previous experience includes serving as a board member for the South Australian Film Corporation and Chair of the South Australian Youth Arts Board. Mason's educational background includes a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma in Radio Broadcasting from the Australian Film Television and Radio School.
