Monica Vagg

Monica Vagg is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading People Services and Human Resources functions. Currently serving as the Head People Services at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since September 2017, Monica Vagg focuses on transforming People Services through technology implementation and compliance improvements. Previously, Monica held the position of Acting Chief People Officer, overseeing a workforce of approximately 5,000 and spearheading major reform projects. Before joining ABC, Monica worked at Seven West Media as General Manager of Human Resources, where responsibility included developing remuneration strategies and leading HR operations.
