Ryan Egan

Ryan Egan has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, currently serving as Manager for Double J and ABC Country at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since March 1999. Egan has held various notable positions including Executive Producer for music programs, Manager for the iconic Rage brand, and Network Controller for ABC Radio Australia, where leadership spanned programming, scheduling, and editorial quality. With a background in music programming and production, Egan developed and produced prominent shows, while also contributing to international projects and training initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Markettiers4dc and Triple R Broadcasters Ltd, alongside managing student radio in Melbourne. Egan holds a BA in Media Studies from RMIT University and a Diploma of Management from the University of New England.
