Sam Wicks

Sam Wicks is an accomplished audio producer with extensive experience in the broadcasting and music industries. Currently serving as a Producer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since March 2017, Sam has been instrumental in the creation and production of the "Days Like These" podcast and works on the parenting podcast "Parental As Anything." Prior to ABC, Sam held positions that included Media Manager at Universal Music Australia and Senior Music Producer at Radio New Zealand, showcasing a strong background in managing music shows and artist relations. Sam also launched a nationwide pop culture magazine and has held editorial roles across various entertainment titles, demonstrating a diverse skill set in content creation, audience engagement, and multimedia production. Sam holds a BA Hons First Class from Victoria University of Wellington.
