Simon Covill, MBA (Change), MBusCoach, and Prosci certified, is the Business Readiness Practice Manager at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. With over 21 years of experience in organisational development, change management, and communication, they have advised and coached CEOs and senior leaders across various industries. Notable achievements include leading change communication for St.George during its merger with Westpac, which earned a PRIA Award in 2010. Covill has also held leadership roles at Westpac, Towers Watson, and the City of Sydney, and has contributed significantly to the International Association of Business Communicators.
