Solua Middleton

Solua Middleton is the Head of Indigenous Audio at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), where they focus on strengthening cultural representation and promoting First Nations voices across various platforms. Previously, Solua served as a Co-Executive Producer for the Deep Time Project and the Right Wrongs Project, both critically exploring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history. They have extensive experience in journalism, photojournalism, and multimedia content production, having worked with organizations like NITV, The Koori Mail, and as an editor for an independent newspaper serving Indigenous communities. Solua holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Bond University and a Bachelor's in Communications from Griffith University.
