Thea Dikeos

Thea Dikeos is the Melbourne Bureau Chief at ABC Australia, a position held since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Senior Producer for both 'Murder Uncovered' and Sunday Night at Seven Network, and served as a Producer for Nine Entertainment Co.'s 60 Minutes from 2018 to 2023. Their journalism career includes roles at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation from 2002 to 2003 and as a Journalist for 730 Report from 2008 to 2011. Thea also held the position of Senior Producer Digital at the Sydney Opera House from 2011 to 2013, and gained foundational experience as a Producer/Journalist at Nine Network Australia from 2003 to 2007. They hold a BA (HONS) in Political Science/Criminology from Melbourne University and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from RMIT.
