Steve Demeter is an experienced industrial engineer and project manager with a robust background in various engineering and management roles across multiple companies. At TAC Enterprises since May 2011, Steve has contributed as an industrial engineer, process engineer, and quality supervisor, providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Previous experience includes a contract program management stint at Evenflo, project and product management at Crown Solutions, and significant roles at Plastic Trim Inc, where Steve successfully managed new business initiatives and introduced cost-saving innovations. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Regional Executive for the Western Ohio Region SCCA, overseeing a large membership and numerous events. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and has pursued further education, including PMP coursework and professional seminars.
