The Accelerate Network was founded around a simple observation.

Many experienced fractional leaders build successful practices.

Far fewer intentionally build the practices they envisioned.

The difference isn't usually experience, capability, or commitment. Those qualities create credibility and open doors. They don't necessarily determine the kinds of engagements a practice consistently creates.

Over time, we came to believe that the beginning of a client engagement matters more than most advisors realize.

When strategic work begins with the client's presenting problem, the engagement often stays close to that problem.

When it begins with a shared understanding of the business, different opportunities emerge. Leadership teams make better decisions. Advisors make broader strategic contributions. Practices evolve differently over time.

That belief became the foundation for The Accelerate Network.

Today, TAN helps experienced fractional leaders intentionally build the practices they want by combining a member operating system with a disciplined approach to creating shared understanding before strategic advisory work is defined.

The first step is PATH.

PATH helps experienced fractional leaders begin exploring, in a few minutes, a question that inspired years of research and ultimately led to the creation of The Accelerate Network.
