The Access Group (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic, youth-led and Black-owned enterprise headquartered in Rustenburg, North West. Formed by three visionary directors deeply rooted in the province and inspired by the values of legacy, innovation, and community, the company is committed to bridging the gap between underserved regions and national, continental, and global opportunities. The Access Group stands at the forefront of enterprise development, cultural industries, trade facilitation, skills development, and high-impact project management.

What distinguishes The Access Group is its multi-disciplinary approach that combines strategic insights, operational excellence, and strong grassroots networks to drive inclusive economic participation. The organisation functions as both a catalyst and a connector — linking SMMEs, youth, and communities to market access, policy reform, training, and growth initiatives across sectors. From hosting national events to developing brand and export readiness support, the team is focused on activating potential where others have overlooked it.

In 2025, The Access Group became the only private-sector company in South Africa accredited under the G20’s Think20 (T20) engagement platform, specifically aligned with Task Force 1: Trade, Investment & Growth. Through this rare distinction, The Access Group was granted the opportunity to host the Import-Export Access Summit (IEAS) 2025, a flagship initiative that localises global trade policy into practical, on-the-ground solutions for Rustenburg and the broader North West Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
