Ben Caird has a diverse background in technical support and management, with experience spanning multiple prominent companies. Starting as a Support Engineer at Sequent Computer Systems from July 1997 to April 2000, Ben progressed to various leadership roles at Rackspace from September 2014 to March 2015, including Group Manager and Senior Director of Customer Support & Operations. Ben held several key positions at Microsoft between January 2007 and December 2010, culminating in roles such as Principal Premier Field Engineer and EMEA Cloud & Dynamics Support Practice Manager. Ben's experience also includes working at Intel Corporation as a Customer Integration Engineer and currently serves as Divisional Support Director at The Access Group since February 2022. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kingston University, along with earlier studies at Richmond College and Teddington School.
