Christopher O'Connor serves as the General Manager for Recruitment (Specialised Products) at The Access Group since March 2023, overseeing product lines such as Access Onboarded & Screening, Volcanic, and Automate. Previously, as Value Creation Director for the Recruitment and Legal Divisions at The Access Group, Christopher led M&A initiatives and post-acquisition transformations. Before that, Christopher held various roles at LexisNexis, including Senior Director of Product Management for the drafting software portfolio and Head of Marketing, Segment. Early experience includes a Strategy Consultant role at L.E.K. Consulting and internships in political research at the Conservative Party and the House of Commons. Christopher holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
