Gavin Baker

Gavin Baker is an experienced sales professional with a career spanning over a decade at The Access Group, where roles have included Group Head of Sales for Growth Divisions, Sales Director for UK & EMEA in the Recruitment Division, and various other sales leadership positions. Prior to this, Gavin was a professional cricketer with Northamptonshire County Cricket Club Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology of Sport and Exercise and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Psychology with Ergonomics, both obtained from Loughborough University, along with earlier education from Haberdashers Askes Boys School.
