Jeff Ringrose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support management and IT leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Support for ERP and FMS at The Access Group since February 2008, Jeff plays a crucial role in shaping the vision for the FMS Support team and ensuring high-quality support for a growing customer base. Prior to this, Jeff was the Support Manager at The Access Group, focusing on operational excellence and team collaboration. Jeff's career began as IT Manager at Atlas Aluminium Ltd, where responsibilities included managing IT services across multiple sites and aligning IT projects with company objectives. Jeff holds a Diploma in Computing from The Open University and possesses a strong foundational education from the University of Limerick and St Patricks Comprehensive.
