Kerri Happer

Kerri Happer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in both strategic finance and operational roles. Currently serving as Finance Director for Finance Programmes at The Access Group since January 2020, Kerri is responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Resource Planning Division to develop and implement a five-year strategic plan emphasizing organic and inorganic growth, alongside risk and opportunity analysis. Prior to this, Kerri held various leadership positions at Experian from April 2012 to January 2020, including Head of Sales Finance for UK&I, overseeing £0.5 billion in B2B revenue, and leading shared finance functions across UKI and EMEA. Kerri's career began at Deloitte, where an Audit Assistant Manager role involved preparing and auditing statutory financial accounts and managing audit teams. Kerri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Queen's University Belfast.
