Lee Grieve has extensive experience in technical operations and support, currently serving as the Global Head of Technical Operations at The Access Group since April 2004. In this role, Lee leads system deployment automation and global team management, focusing on collaboration and efficiency. Previous positions at Access Group include Practice Leader for the Centre of Excellence and Senior Software Consultant, responsible for HR and Payroll system implementations. Prior to Access Group, Lee worked at British Telecom, providing desktop/server support and troubleshooting within a demanding customer service environment. Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Canterbury Christ Church University.
