Marc Schultz is an accomplished data privacy and security professional with extensive experience in managing teams and compliance initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data Privacy for the Americas at The Access Group since February 2025, Marc previously held the position of Director of Data Privacy and Security at Paytronix Systems from January 2020 to May 2025. At Staples, from November 2008 to January 2020, Marc led international data security and global data privacy efforts, creating the company’s first Center of Excellence in Global Data Privacy. With a strong background in compliance, Marc has contributed significantly to payment card industry standards and privacy training initiatives. Marc holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Technical Innovation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has pursued continuing education in law through edX, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
