Mark Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as CSM Team Manager at The Access Group since November 2013, Mark has also held roles of Customer Success Manager and thankQ Product Consulting Team Leader. Prior to this, Mark contributed to thankQ at Access Group as Acting Customer Services Manager, taking on maternity cover responsibilities, and Head of Account Management at ESiT Limited from August 2004 to September 2010. Mark began a career at PwC, working as a Software Tester during a placement year while earning a BSc in Computing Science from UMIST from 2000 to 2004. Education includes attendance at Bablake School from 1993 to 2000.
