Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson currently serves as the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance for Access Health, Support & Care, where leadership is provided in championing the GRC agenda as part of the senior leadership team. Prior experience includes serving as the Group Data Protection & Compliance Officer at HAS Technology Ltd, focusing on the design and management of GDPR-compliant frameworks. Mark Johnson has also held roles such as Group Quality Assurance Manager and IG Lead at EMIS Health, where the implementation of business management systems was a key focus, and Vodafone/Unipart Operational Quality Manager at Unipart Technology Logistics, overseeing significant cost-saving initiatives. Additional roles at Carphone Warehouse and earlier positions at Eurocell plc and Chubb Fire & Security contribute to a robust background in quality assurance and customer satisfaction methodologies. Mark Johnson holds a BEng Hons degree in Manufacturing and Business Management from Coventry University.
