Michael Bones is currently the Head of Customer Success Management at The Access Group, where they leverage their extensive experience in the footwear industry. A third-generation shoemaker, Michael moved to Vietnam in 2012 to follow in their father's footsteps and has since gained valuable insights into manufacturing. Previously, Michael served as Associate CEO at Innolux Footwear and held various roles including Development & Merchandising Manager and Implementation Consultant. They obtained a Master of Global Trade from RMIT University, graduating with distinction.
