Simon Baines

Simon joined Access in April 2019 to lead the Non Profit and Education Division.

He oversees all functions within the division and brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to the teams ensuring they provide industry-leading technology that gives customers the freedom to impact the lives of young people and those in need.

Simon has spent the last 20 years in the technology sector working in both management roles and as a private equity investor. He is passionate about helping customers stay one step ahead of the challenges facing their industry and organizations. 

Before joining Access Simon was Chief Executive Officer of Microgen Financial Systems, a UK-based international financial services software business.
