Simon Dechant

Simon Dechant is an experienced Solution Delivery Manager and Technical Consultant at Access Group, where responsibilities include overseeing Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and working with Delta and Mintsoft products since August 2012. Prior roles at Access involved serving as an implementation consultant and project manager for numerous WMS projects. Before joining Access, Simon worked as a Project Manager at Delta Software from July 2009 to August 2012, leading core WMS projects and providing technical solutions and training to clients. Simon's career began at IBM as an Industrial Trainee, where IT support and integrating critical software between divisions were key responsibilities. Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2009.
